I heard about this amazing place from a friend and decided to schedule a class for my two teenage granddaughters and myself. From the minute we walked in and saw the brilliant colors of glass, beads, and pearls to choose from we were excited to get started. The Shard Shop is definitely a place to visit and be creative

I took my mom to the Shard Shop for a birthday surprise, not really knowing what to expect, but sure glad we did this!
Laurie, the manager, was so thoughtful, creative and patient with us as we selected our theme and gathered our glass shards. And as we got to work on our creations, Laurie was there to offer a helping hand when needed. She was great! The atmosphere was super relaxed and fun, and my mom and I both loved it! This was the perfect way to celebrate her birthday, and now we have our truly one of a kind works of art to remember that special day together.

I came upon this gem on accident going to the eyeglasses store next door. I was intrigued and once inside the art I saw was amazing. The concept of using broken glass and the creativity behind it all is amazing to me. The Owner is so kind and accommodating; it was really a pleasure meeting her. I purchased several pieces and will stop by when I’m in town again from Lake Charles. Thank you again ❤️⚜️
